[00:00:51] As we remember how far we've come.
[00:00:58] So far, we've moved from striving to being.
[00:01:04] We've shifted from lack to abundance.
[00:01:11] We've reclaimed the past as a treasury of gains.
[00:01:19] But what about the future?
[00:01:23] For most of us, the future is where uncertainty lies.
[00:01:28] It's where our mind asks, am I on the right path?
[00:01:33] What if I don't get what I want?
[00:01:40] This creates an inner tension.
[00:01:45] We desire growth and expansion and creation.
[00:01:50] Yet we also long to feel the peace in the present.
[00:01:57] So how do we hold a vision of the future without anxiety about it?
[00:02:07] How do we set goals without stress and without getting trapped in the gap?
[00:02:21] We've been taught that time moves in a straight line.
[00:02:26] The past creates the present, the present creates the future.
[00:02:36] But what if this entire way of seeing time is an illusion?
[00:02:45] What if the future is not an empty space you must fill, but a path that is already laid before you?
[00:03:00] Einstein's theory of relativity shattered the the idea that time moves in a straight line like an arrow.
[00:03:10] Instead it revealed that time is part of a four dimensional fabric called space time.
[00:03:22] And physicists studying times arrow and the block universe theory confirm past, present and future exist simultaneously.
[00:03:39] Time doesn't flow, it's an illusion of human perception.

[00:03:52] Just like different locations on a map already exist.

[00:04:09] The entire movie is already created, but you experience it frame by frame, moment by moment.

[00:04:29] And your future visions, your heart's true desires are premonitions traveling back through time.

[00:06:12] Your body does not know the difference between a memory and a real experience.

[00:06:48] So as you imagine your future success in your mind, you can feel the good vibrations and the calmness and the ease in your being right now.

[00:07:29] Your brain then filters your reality to match this inner experience.
[00:07:39] So when you stop seeking and start being, reality bends to meet you.

[00:10:24] Just imagine something you'd love to create in the future.
[00:10:30] What would you love to experience and begin to open yourself to think from your future self, not about them.
[00:10:55] Instead of asking, how do I get there?
[00:10:59] Ask, if I were already successful, if I already had everything I need, how would I feel?
[00:11:15] Instead of thinking I need to grind and struggle and stress to make this happen, you can think it's already happening.
[00:11:27] I just need to show up and receive it.
[00:11:31] You're allowing.
[00:11:34] You're witnessing the gains in the moment, looking back at all the gains in the past and trusting.
[00:11:47] Instead of thinking, I failed so maybe I'm not meant for this, you shift it. This is just a detour.
[00:11:56] My success is still guaranteed. This is part of my learning.
[00:12:06] Our aim in this session is to reframe your future as a blessing waiting for you that you are aligning with now.
[00:12:20] And you are gently and gracefully absorbing that future success into yourself as if it's already written, already recorded on the real, on the movie, and you're just gently moving towards it.
[00:12:49] Creation is finished.
[00:12:56] You do not create, you align.
[00:13:08] Think back into your past for a moment.
[00:13:14] Have you ever just known something was going to happen?
[00:13:21] Maybe you knew you'd get a certain job or knew a relationship was meant to be.
[00:13:36] When you hold certainty, when you begin with the feeling of success, you're pulling the future into the now. And reality follows.
[00:13:54] So how would you feel if you lived every day? Knowing your success is inevitable, just retracing steps that are already there.
[00:14:18] Most people believe if I don't strive, I won't succeed.
[00:14:26] But what if you can have goals without the struggle?
[00:14:31] What if you could feel fulfilled now and excited for the future?
[00:14:40] Stressful goals mean I must force this to happen.
[00:14:46] Peaceful goals means this is already done. I'm just stepping into it.

[00:15:03] When you maintain the happiness of the future, the sorrow of the present disappears.
[00:15:15] Even if obstacles arise, even if you lose something, the future is still whole.
[00:15:24] It is still coming for you.
[00:15:28] You are always moving towards what is meant for you.
[00:15:38] Breathe in this truth.
[00:15:43] Let it settle. Feel into your body as you relax into this inner knowing.
[00:16:03] Let's move beyond words and feel this truth.
[00:16:11] Take a slow, deep breath in and out.
[00:16:25] Imagine yourself five years in the future.
[00:16:32] Everything you desire has already unfolded.
[00:16:39] It was already written.
[00:16:44] You have arrived at the life you once dreamed of.
[00:16:53] You are at complete peace.
[00:17:09] Now notice how does your future self feel?
[00:17:22] Their peace know their certain feel, their knowing that everything worked out.
[00:17:47] Now let that feeling travel back in time to your present self.
[00:18:00] Allow yourself to feel that in your body.

[00:18:38] From this moment forward, you do not need to fear the future.

[00:18:54] You receive its blessings.
[00:19:05] You do not need to struggle in the present.
[00:19:11] You align with your highest good and your future success.
[00:19:23] And for the next day, if you find yourself worrying about the future, just ask the question in your heart.
