[00:05:08] And you can experience that golden future coming back through time, feeling that you've already attained what you want. Now, most of us have been conditioned to view our past with regret or disappointment, guilt or shame.
[00:05:42] We focus on what went wrong, what we should have done differently, how we fell short.
[00:05:50] But as you've discovered through the gap and the gain, the lack and the abundance, your past is actually a rich treasury, a gold mine of wisdom, strength and becoming.
[00:06:10] Every experience, especially the challenging ones, has shaped you, grown you, and prepared you for this moment.
[00:06:26] When you see your past through the lens of the gain and the abundance, you reclaim your energy of what was trapped in regret.
[00:06:40] You transform what was a source of heaviness in your mind into a source of power and appreciation.
[00:06:53] Instead of thinking, why did it happen? What happened? You've Discovered the meaning, the value, the gold, and pulled that into your life. Now there's a source of goodness, learning, wisdom.

[00:07:26] And as we change ourselves, we can change our past.

[00:10:23] You can take a beautiful breath and feel the peace of this now safe and secure.
[00:10:39] You're no longer running from a regretted past.
[00:10:47] You're simply here now, allowing life to unfold through you.
[00:10:59] And as we live our life in the now, we embrace the practice of non resistance, of allowing.
[00:11:10] How would you feel if you allowed what is without resistance coming into the radical present?
[00:11:27] It is exactly as it's meant to be right now, right here, we allow what is without fighting against reality.
[00:11:50] As we come here now, we can absorb all the blessings of the moment and we can trust that even the challenges are happening for you rather than to you.
[00:12:09] And as you come into this feeling, you experience the present moment as a continuous gift unfolding from within.
[00:12:25] The past is good. The present becomes even better because you realize it's the only place where creation happens right now, where joy is experienced right now, where life is actually lived.
[00:12:49] The past and the future are mental constructs only. The present is where we experience the sacred moments of existence in the sacred now.
[00:13:12] As you become fully here, fully present, you access a state of aliveness that isn't available when you're caught in regrets of the past or worries about the future.
[00:13:29] So let's take a moment right now to feel the blessing of your presence.
[00:13:38] Everything has led you to this moment.
[00:13:43] The simple miracle of being here, now, awake Alive, aware.
[00:13:57] Let yourself feel the smile within as you breathe in the majesty of the now.
[00:14:14] Giving thanks in your heart that you can create a golden future by enjoying a beautiful now.
[00:14:32] And in the now. You can even absorb the future blessings in into the now.
[00:14:40] And you can pull the blessings from the past into the now.
[00:14:48] So you're blessed on three states of existence.
[00:14:54] The past is blessing you.
[00:14:57] Your future success is shining on you as you enjoy this moment, full and complete, right now and forevermore.
[00:15:28] And let us turn to the future not as something uncertain or anxiety producing, but as a destiny that is already written, already complete.
[00:15:44] Your future is calling to you in the now.
[00:15:50] Like a powerful magnet, your golden future draws you towards your highest expression, your future self, your most fulfilled state.
[00:16:06] What you truly desire, desires you. It is your future self seeking you as much as you are seeking it.
[00:16:22] As you know that your success is guaranteed not as a possibility, but as a certainty, you move through life in the now differently.
[00:16:39] You have a golden future of success waiting for you and you're just moving towards it, being pulled into it.
[00:16:51] And as you're aware of this, this you stop asking will it happen? Will it work out?

[00:17:04] And come into the feeling that it is done.
[00:17:09] Everything is working out perfectly.

[00:17:23] And this belief doesn't lead to passivity.
[00:17:27] Quite the opposite. When you are certain of your destination, you feel completely relaxed and inspired to take action without tension or doubt or fear.
[00:17:44] You move with the flow that is pulling you and unfolding through you rather than forcing against it.
[00:17:58] Think of your future self looking back on you at this moment, right now.
[00:18:07] Your higher self smiling upon you, blessing you, seeing how perfectly this moment fits into your larger story.
[00:18:21] Your future self knows what you cannot yet see, that everything is unfolding exactly as it should.
