[00:00:02] Welcome back. [00:00:04] Let's begin with a beautiful deep breath as we remember how far we've come. [00:00:14] In our journey. So far we've explored the two ways of living and discovered the powerful distinction between the gap between and the gain, the lack and the abundance that is here. [00:00:34] Now we've learned how measuring forward creates dissatisfaction, while measuring backwards about how far we've come creates immediate fulfillment. [00:00:56] In this session, we're going to be diving into an experience where you can feel how far you've come. [00:01:10] As we go through this course, we'll be transforming our relationship with all dimensions of time. The past, present, future, and our connection with the whole world around us. [00:01:28] In this session, you'll learn to see your past as a treasury of gains by making this shift. [00:01:38] As you look back on the past, you will feel blessed and a peace. [00:01:47] And this creates a completely new experience of life. [00:01:54] In this session you'll need a pen and paper. [00:01:59] Feel free to pause this audio and when you're ready, I invite you to take a few beautiful breaths preparing yourself to discover all the blessings that life has given you. [00:02:27] Just breathing in that openness. [00:02:36] This is a powerful, simple practice that will help you shift from the lack to the abundance. [00:02:46] You can do this practice anytime you're feeling lack or stress. [00:02:56] Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. [00:03:03] Take a beautiful deep breath in. [00:03:08] And when you are ready, just get your pen and paper and be open to this journey of appreciation and realization. [00:03:21] You're much further along than you may think. [00:03:28] First question is simply to remember. [00:03:33] Where were you 10 years ago? [00:03:39] I invite you to think back to 10 years ago. [00:03:45] Picture yourself as you were then. [00:03:50] What was your life like? [00:03:54] What were you struggling with? [00:03:59] What were your biggest fears? [00:04:04] What did you long for? [00:04:12] Take a moment to pause the recording and just write down where you were at and then come back. [00:04:31] And now when you're ready, what have you overcome that once felt impossible? [00:04:46] Bring your mind to something in the past that used to feel impossible or difficult. A challenge or a fear, a habit, a limitation of some kind. [00:05:00] And yet here you are today. [00:05:05] What have you overcome? What positive changes have you made in the last 10 years? [00:05:17] You can pause the recording and just write down as many things that you've overcome and changed as you can think of. And notice the feeling as you write them down, really recognizing and honoring yourself. [00:05:47] And now when you're ready, lets move on to another question to see and feel more gains. [00:05:59] Who have you become that your past self would admire? [00:06:08] Now imagine your past self seeing you today. [00:06:13] See their eyes Widen with amazement. [00:06:17] What would they be most proud of? [00:06:21] What qualities have you developed that they always wish to embody? [00:06:30] What are the positive changes in your being that you've made in the last 10 years? [00:06:37] Just write it down. Feel the good feeling in your heart and embrace how far you you've come. [00:06:57] And now let's go deeper. [00:07:01] What blessings do you have today that you once only dreamed of? [00:07:11] Let's shift your focus to the blessings in your life today. [00:07:16] What do you have physically around you or people or situations that your past self only dreamed about? Maybe a place to live, a relationship, a skill, a sense of peace, different things in your life. Just look around and just notice what have been all of the blessings in the last 10 years. [00:07:39] You can pause this audio and just breathe in that gratitude and feel how rich your life truly is on every level. [00:08:06] And lastly, if you could send a message of gratitude to your past self, what would you say now? Send a message back in time. [00:08:24] Imagine whispering to your past self. What would you say? What encouragement or love gratitude would you share? [00:08:36] You can pause this and just write yourself a loving message from your heart. Let this gratitude expand beyond yourself, knowing that your journey has been guided and every step has led you here. [00:09:01] Take your time to pause and write this beautiful message. [00:09:21] And as you look back on what you've written, you're welcome to pause and even write more if you like. [00:09:29] When you're ready, just take a deep breath and exhale as you slowly come back to this beautiful present moment and carry this newfound appreciation and wonder with you. You've gained so much. [00:09:50] You are wiser, you're stronger, you're more capable than ever before. [00:10:00] Open your eyes whenever you're ready, knowing that you are exactly where you're meant to be. [00:10:13] And now, when you're ready, look at your list and notice how your body feels as you acknowledge these gains. [00:10:29] Notice how you go from lack to abundance. [00:10:34] The small, the big, the. The shifts. There's a subtle but profound shift that happens when we turn our attention to what's already working, what we've already learned, how we've already grown. [00:10:54] And this shift isn't just psychological, it's physiological. [00:11:01] Your nervous system relaxes as you recognize your gains. Your breathing deepens, your perspective widens, your confidence grows, your sense of contentment and well being amplifies. [00:11:27] This is the feeling that precedes the having. [00:11:37] So just congratulate yourself for all the wonderful gains that you've made and you're welcome to come back to this. Practice as much as you like. [00:11:55] Now Lets go deeper and mine the benefit of your past. [00:12:05] Finding the gold in the challenges On a new page, write Mining my challenges for Gold Healing the Past. [00:12:32] This process will allow you to find the hidden benefit in the challenges so that when you think back onto the past, the painful experiences, you will shift your feeling, your attitude towards them as you discover the gold. [00:12:58] The meaning of the past is created in the present. [00:13:05] And as you find the benefit, the pain will reduce, dissipate and be replaced with gold with value. [00:13:24] Take a nice deep breath and when you're ready, choose one significant challenge from your past. [00:13:38] An experience that was difficult at the time, but that you can now see on some level contributed to your growth. [00:13:49] And in a moment write down. [00:13:52] What strength did you discover through this challenge? [00:14:01] What wisdom did you gain? [00:14:08] How did this challenge shape you in ways that you're grateful for? [00:14:17] What opportunities and newness emerged because of this difficulty? [00:14:30] I invite you to think from all sides. How did that difficult situation benefit you? What was the hidden benefit? [00:14:42] Write as many things as you can remember. This isn't about denying the pain of the experience. [00:14:51] It's just about finding the value within it. The diamond that was formed under pressure. The wisdom born from adversity. [00:15:05] So pause this audio and write as many things as you can. [00:15:12] Coming back with the game. [00:15:27] Congratulations and you're welcome to go deeper into this challenge or another one. Do this as many times as you need to to find more and more gold in your past. [00:15:44] Healing the past. [00:15:47] Extracting the benefit so that when your mind goes to the past, it has a different feeling, a different flavor. [00:16:01] So just notice how differently you feel now about your past. [00:16:07] You may notice a lightness or a sense of appreciation and wonder. The recognition that everything, yes, everything has been serving your becoming. [00:16:22] When we view the past through the lens of the gain and the blessings, we transform our relationship with our entire life story. [00:16:40] Instead of seeing a landscape of regrets and disappointments, we see a rich treasury of growth and becoming. [00:16:54] So just breathe that in. All the gains and many more to come that are already here within you. [00:17:10] And let's see. Seal this new perspective with a moment of embodiment. [00:17:17] I invite you to place one hand over your heart and feel the gentle beat beneath your palm. [00:17:30] The rhythm of your life continuing to unfold in its perfect wisdom. [00:17:47] Take a deep breath and as you exhale, imagine releasing any remaining disappointment or self judgment about your past. [00:18:04] Let go. [00:18:10] Feel yourself embracing the full treasure of your journey. [00:18:19] Silently honor yourself by saying, I honor my entire journey. [00:18:33] Everything in my past has been serving my highest Good. [00:18:45] This is your anchor for today. [00:18:49] My past is not a story of lack, but a treasury of gains. [00:19:03] And as we complete our time together today, I invite you to practice whatever old regrets arise. Just do this process. [00:19:15] Mind the gold, find the blessings. [00:19:18] And each time you catch yourself thinking I should have done better, gently redirect your attention to how far you've come. [00:19:32] And if you think you should be further along, bring your awareness to how far you've come. [00:19:44] I invite you to allow the time before you go to sleep to write down 3 gains from your day. [00:19:55] This helps you feel in your heart the success and the blessings of your life. Just write down three ways you grew, you learned, you experienced beauty, subtle shifts. [00:20:10] This practice will gradually rewire your attention from what is lacking to what is present. [00:20:25] It's very easy, takes a few seconds and will make you go to sleep feeling at peace and relaxed. [00:20:36] And in our next session, we'll discover how to shift from worrying about the future or feeling lack about the future to using your future as a great source of inspiration and power.
