[00:00:01] Welcome to your wish fulfilled.
[00:00:06] This is your magical place to feel that you've already attained everything you want right now.
[00:00:16] It's an opportunity to put aside anything you're worried about, anything that is in your mind and heart that is not working out the way you want. Just put, put that all aside right now and imagine you have a magic wand and you can wave your magic wand and attain whatever you want.
[00:00:51] What would you love to experience?
[00:00:54] What would you love to create?
[00:00:58] What would you love to be different in your life?
[00:01:04] Just open your heart and mind to that beautiful experience that you know in your heart is right for you.
[00:01:18] And as we wave this magic wand, imagine that all of a sudden you move into this reality where you now have everything you desire.
[00:01:38] Just notice what is new and different.
[00:01:45] Notice how you feel.
[00:02:03] And just let yourself rest in that beautiful feeling of wealth and abundance and freedom.
[00:02:23] Let yourself feel love, peace and joy in your being.
[00:02:44] And take a deep breath. Just say thank you. Thank you. Thank you from your heart.
[00:02:54] I'm a spiritual being. I've attained everything.
[00:03:00] All is well. All is good.
[00:03:03] Everything's getting better and better.
[00:03:11] Ah, yes, there it is.
[00:03:17] In today's session, I wanted to share about profound gratitude. Profound gratitude, it's a term I just tuned into this morning to illustrate a certain feeling state.
[00:03:36] We all know that gratitude is important. We've heard about it, there's books about it. Everyone knows good to be grateful.
[00:03:45] And you know, you might have a gratitude journal, maybe think you're grateful for things and, and all these things are great. Any amount of gratitude is a huge upgrade.
[00:04:00] But what if you took it to another level where you experienced profound gratitude? In other words, profound gratitude all the time, as much as you can for everything in your life.
[00:04:13] I was recently doing a session for the Awakened Millionaires alliance, which is a new program that I've created to help people become a double millionaire, internally wealthy and externally wealthy from a place of abundance internally.
[00:04:31] And one of the steps in that program is of course feeling that we've already attained what we want.
[00:04:40] And the reason this is so important is because when we feel lack or when we focus on what we don't have, what happens?
[00:04:55] It doesn't feel good, right?
[00:04:58] I need this. I want this.
[00:05:01] And secondly, we're often ignoring all the blessings in our life at the same time.
[00:05:09] There's basically two ways of living, and we've talked a lot about this in many of these sessions is one way is to think I'll be happy after I get everything I want years and years in the future.
[00:05:23] And that's how nearly all of us have been programmed to live. There's something fundamentally wrong with me.
[00:05:30] My life is a mess. Everything isn't the way I like it. Although a lot of things I don't like. And after I do this thing, have this thing, then finally, at the end of all of it, I can relax. Now, of course, there are situations where we do obviously need to do a lot of things to improve our situation. Like if you're very sick, you want to take care of it, if you need to eat something, take care of it.
[00:05:58] There are situations where we do need to do that, there's no doubt about it.
[00:06:03] However, a lot of the time, many of us have a lot of abundance in various ways. A lot of things in our life which we're ignoring.
[00:06:10] It's almost like it doesn't count.
[00:06:12] But all we're focused on is what we don't have.
[00:06:19] So even if we have a hundred things to be grateful for, the mind, the ego, likes to think about the two or three things or five things which we don't have.
[00:06:31] And because we're focused on what we lack, it cancels out all of the good feelings that we could have from what we do have.
[00:06:46] Now, this sounds obvious, but this is going on all the time, every day. We have a choice, every moment. Am I going to experience gratitude for what I have or am I going to focus on lack of because of what I don't have? And this is very, very easy to do, by the way. I found myself many, many times, despite having all kinds of things in my life, focusing on what I don't have. This has happened more times than I'd like to admit. I remember about 10 years ago, I was walking down the road.
[00:07:22] I lived in this beautiful place with this really long driveway with epic views, just walking down the driveway and I was thinking to myself, I've actually got everything I want.
[00:07:36] And not only have I got everything I want, I've got everything I want again and again and again in many, many ways.
[00:07:42] And if I can't be happy now, when is it ever going to happen?
[00:07:49] At what point? Like, what does it have to look like for me to have enough so I can finally be deeply grateful?
[00:07:58] In other words, am I willing to feel good now by being grateful for what I have, or am I focused on what I lack?
[00:08:13] This is a moment to moment opportunity that we have.
[00:08:19] I was reading an article recently about the migration through Central America into the United States when there was huge migration and the kind of stuff people go through. You know, they drown that they haven't got any money. They get mugged. I mean, just. Just listening to, reading about these.
[00:08:38] These stories, and if you think about so many places in the world, it's absolutely awful.
[00:08:46] And many of us in Western countries with a lot of abundance around us have got into this mindset because of the media, because of advertising, that there's never enough. I need more stuff. I need more things. I need another course, I need another book.
[00:09:03] I need this, I need that. I need only when I've got this amount of money in the bank. It just goes on and on and on and on.
[00:09:10] And there's nothing wrong with having desires. But what we're really focused on today is are we willing to focus most of our attention almost all the time on profound gratitude? In other words, I'm happy and grateful because I can talk to you today.
[00:09:33] I'm happy and grateful I got this recording set up. I'm happy and grateful the sun is out. I'm happy and grateful I've got somewhere to live.
[00:09:43] We recently had crazy storms here in Sedona, and there was lots of flooding. I actually went and saw it yesterday, just crazy flooding, trees knocked down, and as it was rain, rain, rain, rain, rain all the time. I was just so profoundly grateful that I just had somewhere that was sheltered, right? And something to eat, right? There's electricity, there's hot water. I've got some food.
[00:10:09] I can have some tea.
[00:10:10] What else do I need? I'm so grateful, right?
[00:10:14] We can look around our life and be grateful on so many levels. Profound gratitude. Gratitude for physical things, gratitude for spiritual things. I'm grateful that I know I'm a spiritual being. I'm grateful for all the knowledge that I've gained.
[00:10:29] I'm grateful for the people in my life who I get to connect with.
[00:10:34] I'm grateful for the situation that I'm in. I'm grateful for the Internet to be able to connect with people all over the world. I'm grateful for technology.
[00:10:43] I'm grateful for my health. To whatever degree I have health, I'm grateful for it.
[00:10:49] You know, we can literally spend the whole day in profound gratitude.
[00:10:56] And even when we have problems, which we all do, that profound gratitude is going to make us feel better and it will also help us heal quicker. Nurses who, you know, work with sick people all the time say again and again and again that the grateful and positive patients heal way faster than the pessimistic negative patients. They see it again and again and again and again.
[00:11:26] So whatever problem we Have. If we're grateful for what we have, grateful, it's not worse than it is, then we feel abundant because gratitude is abundance. Gratitude also leads to love, a feeling of love, good feelings.
[00:11:44] And most of us have some gratitude every day. We might do a gratitude journal.
[00:11:50] But what if you were to have profound gratitude where you just really go for it, not in a superficial way, just for the sake of it, but to really feel the gratitude?
[00:12:05] As I look out in front of me, there's this beautiful crystals and there's like various mala beads and pillows and beautiful images and books and plants. And I've got this piano.
[00:12:20] You know, normally I don't even see this stuff, right? Because once you have something and you kind of don't notice it, you notice like if something fell over or broke or something happened, then you think, oh, I need to fix this. But we sort of don't notice things after we have them, especially for a certain amount of time. So one of the best ways to come back to that profound gratitude is to imagine you have nothing at all.
[00:12:49] Imagine you haven't got a body.
[00:12:53] Imagine you haven't. You can't see anything, can't hear anything, can't taste or smell anything or touch anything.
[00:13:01] Haven't got any stuff, you haven't got any relationships, you haven't got any opportunities. You don't have any knowledge.
[00:13:11] When we strip everything out and imagine, we come back to zero, And then we gradually bring it back all in again. Then we start to experience profound, profound gratitude. Like I'm looking at this clock that I have.
[00:13:32] I'm so grateful for this clock because then I know what the time is without having to wander around and have a look at something, right?
[00:13:42] At some point, I didn't have this clock here, and I found the right clock for the right spot, put it in the right place, and normally I don't even notice this, right, because it's just there on the wall. But I'm grateful for the clock. I'm grateful for everything, right? You just look around, you go, wow, I've got a candle. This is so cool. There's a Turner book of the artist, Turner with beautiful paintings that I could look at. I mean, there's just so many things physically and then, of course, spiritually, just to know about spiritual things, that we're spiritual beings, that we can focus our mind and feel different, you know, to connect with God. We're a higher power to give good wishes and pure feelings and blessings to people.
[00:14:28] Ah, yes, Profound gratitude, right? It's. And it comes from Removing everything. Imagine you've lost everything.
[00:14:37] Like just imagine it's raining and you've got no clothes and it's cold and you've got nowhere to go, right? You'd be awful, right? You can manage it. But then you imagine you've got somewhere to live and it's warm, right? That's a huge thing. When I go camping, one of the reasons I love to go out into like the desert in Utah and places like that for a bit of bit of camping is that I have such profound gratitude for tea and for like really basic food. Like, oh wow, there's some noodles with some tahini. I'm like, oh my God, it's warm food. Wow, this is incredible. Or a cup of tea, right? I remember I went out in way up in the mountains in La Salle Mountains in Utah and it was. It was about 32 degrees Fahrenheit, right? Almost freezing or 34 or something like that.
[00:15:35] And I had this hot water bottle so I could fill it up with hot water and put it in.
[00:15:40] And I was all nice and cozy because I had this hot water bottle. I was so grateful for the hot water bottle because I'd have it inside my coat when I was walking around.
[00:15:49] And it was a cat, it's like a hot water boiler inside this cat. And I was like, oh, it's so sweet.
[00:15:54] So things like that, right? When you don't have anything and then you have something warm, we have some tea.
[00:16:02] Ah, what a blessing. What a blessing, right? We're so blessed. We're so blessed even to be able to talk to somebody, right? Problem with the world we live in is that if you go on social media, you go on these different platforms, it's all about what you don't have. Oh, so and so's got a better car than you. So and so in going on a retreat to bath. And it looks so awesome, you know, so and so there's this course you don't have, there's this magic thing you don't have.
[00:16:28] And then instead of experiencing all the blessings that we are surrounded by on every level, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, opportunities that we have, the wealth we already have, opportunities to create more wealth and have more love in our life instead of all that, we just normalize what we have and focus on what we lack.
[00:16:55] And it can go on for years and years and years.
[00:17:00] This lack of gratitude, this sense of lack can go on for years without us even realizing it's happened.
[00:17:13] There's a great quote from the Bible. I think it's from the Bible, those who have to those who have all shall be given unto them. And to those who have not, all shall be taken.
[00:17:29] It's a very interesting quote. I remember really thinking about this, and you can interpret that in many ways. But how I see that is if you feel that you have abundance and you're grateful for it, you'll get more of it.
[00:17:45] Whereas if we feel we haven't got something, then we're going to lose even more things.
[00:17:55] I think Oprah said something along these lines as well. If you're grateful for what you have, you'll get more.
[00:18:04] But if you're not, you're going to get less.
[00:18:07] It's really, really basic, but profound. Gratitude means we really go for it as a way of life. We say, I'm so grateful for the clerk checking me out. The.
[00:18:20] The health food store, right? Someone's there.
[00:18:23] There's food there.
[00:18:26] Thank you for being Jimmy like you can be grateful for everything.
[00:18:32] We're going from taking things for granted and just expecting it and feeling miserable that we haven't got more than we want, more than we would like.
[00:18:48] To, feeling we've already attained so much, and acting from a place of gratitude puts us in a very good mood. We feel much happier, much more joyful, much more liberating, much more spacious. Life is more fun.
[00:19:08] You can appreciate the sunset, the sunrise, the little things. I just got some tea in the post. I'm like, wow, this is awesome.
[00:19:21] You know, like little things, everything is an opportunity to be happy and grateful.
[00:19:31] So this is what I'd encourage all of us to be doing. And this is something I'm personally very excited about because I feel, just to be perfectly honest, I've got a bit normalized in things that I have and things that I don't have and have spent some time thinking, oh, but this isn't quite right. And this isn't quite right. And I would be better if this was taken care of and what about this and what about that? And it all becomes very heavy, very heavy.
[00:19:58] And we can flip it around very quickly just by saying, I'm happy and grateful for this. I'm happy and grateful for my tea. I'm happy and grateful to be here. I'm happy and grateful to have time. I'm happy and grateful that I have this phone, that I have this computer, that there are these. This person in my life. I'm grateful for this person. I'm grateful for this person. I'm grateful even for this challenge because this challenge is helping me learn something.
[00:20:26] You Know, it literally could go on and on and on all day long. So what I'm personally doing, and I encourage you if you'd like to do this, this invitation, is just to have profound gratitude for everything you can possibly think of.
[00:20:40] And even if you have challenges, which we all do, by the way, it's not like I haven't got any problems in my life.
[00:20:47] Whatever the problems are, they're going to feel more manageable as we stack all the gratitude around us.
[00:20:57] So under any circumstance, being grateful is going to make us feel better than if we're not and most likely going to make the situation easier to manage and attract more to us. Because the more grateful we are, as you know with the law of attraction, the more gratitude you feel, the more wealthy you feel, the more you will attract that, because that is the energy frequency that you're emitting.
[00:21:25] So if you feel wealthy and blessed and happy, people will be happy to be around you and you'll attract good things into your life.
[00:21:34] If we're wandering around thinking, oh, it's not fair, I want this and I haven't got this and when am I going to get, then we're in a state of lack and that just doesn't feel good at all for us. And it also attracts more lack. So it's lose, lose situation on every level.
[00:21:50] You can hold the intention in advance. I'm grateful for all the blessings that are coming in my life. I'm grateful for all the abundance that's already here and all the abundance that's coming.
[00:22:01] I'm grateful for all these opportunities which I'm moving into.
[00:22:07] Ah, yeah. So you start from a place of wealth and you stay in a place of wealth and you move into things from a place of wealth. So it's a place of abundance to abundance, Fullness to fullness.
[00:22:20] Having attained everything to having attained everything rather than wanting things and needing things and feeling something's off all the time.
[00:22:31] So what would your life be like? How would you feel if you started to really dedicate yourself to profound gratitude? Profound gratitude.
[00:22:47] How could you practice profound gratitude for your whole life, not just for a day or for a morning or just when you pick up your journal?
[00:22:55] Profound gratitude.
[00:22:58] Because when we realize we've come here from a spiritual world, that's how I experience it. We've come from somewhere else into this world. We're grateful just to be here. We have a human experience. It's a wonderful thing just to even be alive.
[00:23:15] When I was in England recently, I went to an art exhibition and one of the pieces in the exhibition was a bunch of people who were blind. And they were.
[00:23:25] There's a picture of them and then they were talking about what they imagined beautiful things would look like even though they couldn't see them. And it was very interesting. But the main thing I got from it was how grateful I am that I can see that I can see colors and I can see things. You know, we even take that for granted that we can see at all. Just being able to look at the sky is a huge blessing. Actually. Looking at a tree, looking at the sun, looking at beautiful artwork. You know, we have so many things we don't even realize.
[00:23:59] Being able to feel right, being able to tell someone that you love and care about them and you're grateful for them in your life. All these things, they're right around us.
[00:24:10] So profound gratitude is coming back to zero and then realizing everything beyond zero. Everything, every single, one little thing is massive abundance. And if you add it up from there, you are already a multi, multi millionaire. You have so many things to be grateful for already.
[00:24:36] So instead of normalizing what we have and trying to build from there, we're coming back to zero and then looking at it again.
[00:24:46] I'm happy and grateful for everything.
[00:24:49] Thank you, thank you, thank you.
[00:24:52] Ah, yes. So let's just take a moment to imagine what would it feel like if you experience profound gratitude as a daily practice, daily way of living?
[00:25:03] What are you grateful for?
[00:25:11] I'm happy and grateful for. I'm happy and grateful that I'm happy and grateful because I'm profoundly grateful because.
[00:25:29] Ah, yes, Just fill in the blanks with whatever you're grateful for and really feel it. The more you feel it, the more love, the more peace, the more wealth you'll feel.
[00:25:41] And then you can still do things to create more abundance and wealth and new opportunities in your life, but you'll be doing it from a place of feeling already wealthy.
[00:25:53] Just like it's easier to get another job when you have a job. The same way it's easier to create more abundance when you already have abundance.
[00:26:10] So thank you, thank you, thank you for being here. Hopefully this has been useful, sending you lots of love, blessings and talk to you soon. This is Michael McIntosh and I'm grateful for you in my life.
[00:26:27] Thank you, Sa.
